Information We Collect

When you create an account, TFT Guessr stores your email address, account name, password hash, session token hash, account creation date, and update date. Passwords are not stored in plain text.

When you play while signed in, TFT Guessr stores your guesses, whether they were correct, the fight date, fight ID, month, and guess time so the daily progress and monthly leaderboard can work.

Your browser also stores local daily progress and monthly progress for this device. This lets the game remember completed fights even before you sign in.

How We Use Information

TFT Guessr uses account data to sign you in, protect sessions, prevent duplicate account names, sync daily progress, and show monthly leaderboard scores.

Uploaded fight images and videos are used to run the daily game. Videos may be stored in configured object storage and served through short-lived playback links.

Analytics

TFT Guessr uses Plausible Analytics to measure aggregate traffic, page views, referrers, countries, devices, and browsers. Plausible is configured through its hosted script and does not use cookies or persistent identifiers.

You can keep or disable analytics from the privacy banner before saving a choice. That choice is stored in local browser storage as tftguessr:analytics-consent and uses Plausible's plausible_ignore opt-out flag when analytics is disabled.

Sharing

TFT Guessr does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, database, object storage, and analytics providers needed to run and improve the site.

Leaderboard entries are public and show account names with score statistics. Do not choose an account name that reveals personal information you do not want public.

Retention and Choices

Account and leaderboard data are kept while the account exists or while needed to operate the service. Local progress can be removed by clearing site data in your browser.

Security

TFT Guessr uses salted password hashes and HTTP-only session cookies. No website can guarantee perfect security, so use a unique password and keep your account details private.
